Input validation vulnerability in Table of content 1.5.3.1

The Table of Contents plugin for WordPress has a security vulnerability called Cross-Site Request Forgery. This affects all versions up to 1.5.3.1. The problem is that there is no proper check in place to make sure that the request is coming from a trusted source. This means that someone who is not authorized to access the site can trick the site administrator into doing something, like clicking on a link, which could cause harm.
