Input validation vulnerability in FAT Cooming Soon 1.1

A plugin called FAT Coming Soon for WordPress has a security issue in versions 1.1 and below. This means that people who are not logged in can access and run any files they want on the server, including files that contain PHP code. This can be used to get around security measures, get private information, or run code even if only certain types of files (like images) are allowed to be uploaded and used.
