Input validation vulnerability in Kento Post View Counter 2.8

The Kento Post View Counter plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a type of attack which can allow unauthenticated attackers to access sensitive information stored in the database. This is due to a flaw in the plugin which does not properly protect the user supplied parameter, ‘kento_pvc_geo’, and does not properly prepare the existing SQL query in versions up to and including version 2.8.
