The Htaccess File Editor is a plugin for WordPress that allows users to edit, backup, and restore their .htaccess file easily. However, this plugin has a vulnerability that could expose sensitive information to attackers. This vulnerability exists in all versions of the plugin, up to and including version 1.0.19. Attackers who are not authenticated (meaning they do not have proper login credentials) could potentially access and extract sensitive data from .htaccess file backups.
