The 404 to Start plugin for WordPress is not secure for users on versions 1.6.1 and lower. This means that someone with administrator access can put malicious code into the website. This code will be activated when a user visits the page with the code. This only affects websites with multiple sites or websites that have disabled their filtering of HTML.
