Access violation vulnerability in Redirection 1.1.3

The Redirect Redirection plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a security issue that could allow unauthorized changes to data. This issue affects versions up to and including 1.1.3 of the plugin. The vulnerability is caused by the lack of a capability check on the addRedirectRule function which is called via an AJAX action. This means that an authenticated attacker with a subscriber-level account, or higher, could add redirect rules to a vulnerable site.
