Access violation vulnerability in WP-Recall – Registration, Profile, Commerce & More 16.26.8

The WP-Recall plugin for WordPress has a security issue that allows unauthorized users to take over accounts. This can happen in all versions up to 16.26.8 because the plugin does not properly check a user’s identity when creating a new order. Attackers who are not logged in can enter any email address in the user_email field and change the password for that user when creating a new order. The commerce addon must be enabled for this to work.
