Input validation vulnerability in Mollie Forms 2.6.13

The Mollie Forms plugin for WordPress has a security issue where it can be vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery. This means that anyone can potentially duplicate forms on a website without proper authorization. This is a problem in all versions of the plugin up to version 2.6.13. It happens because the plugin does not properly check for a unique code when using the duplicateForm() function. This could allow someone to trick a website administrator into doing something, like clicking on a link, which would then enable them to duplicate forms without permission.
