Input validation vulnerability in Related Post 2.0.53

The Related Post plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a type of security issue called Stored Cross-Site Scripting. This means that anyone with contributor-level or higher permissions could potentially inject malicious web scripts into web pages. These malicious scripts would then execute whenever someone visits the injected page. This vulnerability affects all versions of the Related Post plugin up to and including version 2.0.53 because the plugin doesn’t properly sanitize user-supplied attributes or escape output.
