Input validation vulnerability in Search & Replace 3.2.1

The Search & Replace plugin for WordPress has a security issue that allows hackers to access sensitive information from the database. This vulnerability is present in versions up to and including 3.2.1. It occurs because the plugin does not properly handle a parameter called “select_tables” and does not adequately prepare the SQL query. This means that attackers who have administrator access or higher can add their own SQL queries to the existing ones and retrieve confidential data.
