Access violation vulnerability in Limit Login Attempts Reloaded 2.25.25

The Limit Login Attempts Reloaded plugin for WordPress has a security vulnerability that allows a person with access to a valid nonce to modify data without authorization. This vulnerability affects all versions up to, and including, 2.25.25, and can be used to turn auto-updates for the plugin on and off.
