The Simple Long Form plugin for WordPress is not secure for all versions up to and including 2.2.2. If you have an administrator-level permission or higher, you could inject malicious web scripts into pages that would execute when a user visits them. This only applies to multi-site installations or installations with the unfiltered_html feature turned off.
