Input validation vulnerability in Image Gallery – Responsive Photo Gallery 1.7.0

The Image Gallery – Responsive Photo Gallery plugin for WordPress has a security vulnerability that could let unauthenticated attackers inject malicious web scripts into pages. This issue is present in versions up to and including 1.7.0, and is caused by insufficient input sanitation and output escaping. If an attacker can trick a user into performing an action, like clicking on a link, the malicious web scripts can be executed.
