Input validation vulnerability in Contact Form Email 1.3.31

The Contact Form Email plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a security flaw in versions up to and including 1.3.31. This flaw allows unauthenticated attackers to submit plugin feedback by tricking site administrators into clicking on a link. This is possible because the plugin fails to validate a special code (called a nonce) required to process the request.
