The map plugin for WordPress called “Interactive UK Map” has a security issue that affects all versions up to version 3.4.8. The problem lies in a function that doesn’t properly check for a special code, making it possible for someone without authorization to change settings and add harmful code to a website. This can happen if a site administrator is tricked into clicking on a link.
