Input validation vulnerability in Back Button Widget 1.6.8

A plugin called “Back Button Widget” for WordPress has a security issue that could allow unauthorized users to add harmful scripts to web pages. This can happen in versions 1.6.8 and below because the plugin does not properly clean or protect the input and output. This means that someone with at least contributor-level access could add dangerous scripts to a page, which will run whenever someone visits that page.
