Access violation vulnerability in Notification for Telegram 3.3.1

The Telegram plugin for WordPress has a security issue that allows unauthorized people to send test messages. This happens because the plugin does not check for the right permissions when using the ‘nftb_test_action’ function. This means that anyone with at least subscriber-level access can send a test message to all users set up in the plugin’s settings.
