Access violation vulnerability in Awesome Support – WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin 6.3.1

The plugin called “Awesome Support – WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin” is not safe to use. This is because it can expose sensitive information to anyone, even if they are not logged in. This can happen through the ‘awesome-support’ directory. This means that hackers could access important data stored in the /wp-content/uploads/awesome-support folder, including any attachments to support tickets. The issue has been partly fixed in version 6.3.1.
