Input validation vulnerability in Product Notices for WooCommerce 1.3.3

The Product Notices for WooCommerce plugin, used on WordPress websites, has a security issue that allows unauthorized actions to be performed by attackers. This happens because a certain function does not properly check for a security code. As a result, attackers who are not logged in can trick site administrators into clicking on a link that gives them access to perform unauthorized actions.
