Access violation vulnerability in Permalink Manager Pro 2.4.3.1

The Permalink Manager Lite plugin for WordPress has a security issue that can allow unauthorized individuals to access data without proper permission. This is because the ‘get_uri_editor’ function does not have a capability check in versions 2.4.3.1 and below. This means that people who are not authenticated or verified can view the permalinks of all posts.
