Input validation vulnerability in Simple Responsive Menu 2.1

A popular plugin for WordPress, called Simple Responsive Menu, has a security issue that affects all versions up to 2.1. This vulnerability is known as Cross-Site Request Forgery and is caused by a mistake in how the plugin verifies certain information. As a result, attackers who are not logged in can make changes to the plugin’s settings and insert harmful code into the website, as long as they can trick the site’s administrator into taking a specific action, like clicking on a link.
