Input validation vulnerability in Redirection 1.1.3

The Redirect Redirection plugin for WordPress has a security vulnerability in versions up to, and including, 1.1.3. This means that an attacker, who is not authorized to use the plugin, can trick a site administrator into deleting a redirect by sending them a forged request. This is because the plugin does not have the correct security measures in place to block this kind of attack.
