Access violation vulnerability in Contact Form to Any API 1.1.6

from the WordPress database. The Contact Form to Any API plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a security issue. Everyone using the plugin, up to and including version 1.1.6, is at risk of data being modified or lost without their permission. The problem is caused by a missing capability check on the delete_cf7_records() function. This means that anyone with subscriber-level access, or higher, to the WordPress database can delete the Contact Form to Any API entry records.
