Access violation vulnerability in Thim Core 2.3.3

The Thim Core plugin for WordPress has a security issue that allows unauthorized people to gain access. This is because a certain function in all versions, up to 2.3.3, does not have a check in place to make sure only authorized users can use it. This means that someone who is logged in with at least Subscriber-level access can perform actions they should not be able to.
