Access violation vulnerability in PAYGENT for WooCommerce 2.4.6

The PAYGENT for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress has a security issue in versions up to 2.4.6. This is because it does not properly check for authorization when using the paygent_check_webhook function and always returns a “true” response on line 199 of the paygent_permission_callback function. This allows attackers without proper authentication to tamper with payment notifications and change order statuses by sending fake payment notifications through the `/wp-json/paygent/v1/check/` endpoint.
