Input validation vulnerability in Email Address Encoder 1.0.23

The Email Address Encoder add-on for WordPress has a security issue in versions 1.0.23 and below. The problem is caused by not properly checking for a security code (called a nonce) on the eae_clear_caches() feature. This means that attackers who are not logged in can delete cached pages by tricking a site administrator into clicking a link.
