Input validation vulnerability in Ultimate Security Checker 4.2

The Ultimate Security Checker plugin for WordPress has a security issue called Cross-Site Request Forgery. This can happen in any version up to 4.2 because the plugin does not properly check for a special code. This means that someone who is not logged in could make the plugin scan for security issues if they can trick the person in charge of the website into clicking on a link.
