Input validation vulnerability in WP User Profile Avatar 1.0

The WP User Profile Avatar plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a security issue known as Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS). This issue exists in versions up to and including 1.0 of the plugin. This means that if someone with contributor-level access or higher is able to inject malicious code into a page, this code can be executed every time someone visits that page.
