The PAPERCITE plugin for WordPress has a security issue that allows unauthorized access. This means that people who are not supposed to be able to use it, can still use it. The problem affects all versions up to and including 0.5.18. This means that anyone who has Subscriber-level access or higher can do things they are not supposed to do.
