Input validation vulnerability in WP Latest Posts 5.0.7

The WP Latest Posts plugin for WordPress has a security issue that allows anyone to execute shortcodes, even if they are not authorized. This can happen in all versions up to 5.0.7. The problem is that the plugin does not properly check the value before using it to execute the shortcode. This means that attackers who are not logged in could potentially use this vulnerability to run any shortcode they want.
