Input validation vulnerability in flickrRSS 5.3.1

The flickrRSS plugin 5.3.1 for WordPress had a security issue that allowed people to put bad code on a website. This code can be put on the website by using the flickrRSS_id parameter when someone visits wp-admin/options-general.php. This code can be used to do harmful things.
