The WordPress Job Openings plugin, used to create job postings on websites, has a security vulnerability in versions up to 3.4.2. If a server has a feature called ‘Directory Listing’ enabled, it could allow people who are not authorized to access the website to see files that shouldn’t be public. These files could include resumes and other job applications. To protect yourself from this vulnerability, make sure to update the plugin to the newest version.
