Input validation vulnerability in Random Quotes 1.3

The Random Quotes plugin for WordPress has a security issue called Reflected Cross-Site Scripting. This happens because the plugin doesn’t properly clean up the input and output. This means that anyone who isn’t logged in could add harmful code to a page if they can convince someone to click on a link.
