Input validation vulnerability in Porto Theme – Functionality 2.11.1

The Porto Theme – Functionality plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a type of malicious attack called SQL Injection in versions up to and including 2.11.1. This vulnerability occurs because the plugin does not properly escape user-supplied information and does not adequately prepare existing SQL queries. As a result, unauthenticated attackers can add additional SQL queries to existing ones, allowing them to extract confidential information from the database.
