Input validation vulnerability in Fluent Support – Helpdesk & Customer Support Ticket System 1.9.1

The Fluent Support – Helpdesk & Customer Support Ticket System plugin for WordPress has a security issue called Cross-Site Request Forgery, which affects all versions up to and including 1.9.1. This is because the plugin does not properly check for a security token when performing a certain function. As a result, hackers who are not logged in can trick a website administrator into unknowingly taking an unauthorized action, such as clicking on a link.
