The iThemes Security plugin for WordPress is not secure in versions up to 5.3.5. An attacker that is logged into the website can use this vulnerability to take administrative actions, such as creating new user accounts or deleting posts. This can be prevented by upgrading to the latest version of the iThemes Security plugin.
