Input validation vulnerability in WP Options Editor 1.1

A plugin called WP Options Editor for WordPress has a problem that could put websites at risk. This issue is found in versions 1.1 and below. It happens because there is a missing or wrong security check on a certain function. This means that people who are not logged in can pretend to be someone else and do things that they are not allowed to do. This could happen if they can deceive the website administrator into doing something like clicking on a link.
