Input validation vulnerability in Divi 4.23.1

The Divi theme for WordPress is not secure in all versions up to 4.23.1. This means that someone with contributor-level access and above can inject web scripts into pages which will be executed when a user visits the infected pages. This is possible because the plugin’s ‘et_pb_text’ shortcode does not properly clean and protect user supplied data.
