The Media File Renamer – Auto & Manual Rename plugin for WordPress is not secure in versions up to 5.2.5. This means that an attacker who is logged in as a Subscriber (the least privileged user role) can bypass the security protocols which are in place, allowing them to do things they should not be able to do.
