The Quiz and Survey Master (QSM) plugin for WordPress, which helps create quizzes and surveys, has a security issue. This allows authorized users with Contributor-level or higher access to insert harmful website scripts into pages. This can happen through the label on the “retake” button in quizzes, and affects all versions up to 9.0.5.
