Input validation vulnerability in Lexicata 1.0.16

The Lexicata plugin for WordPress has a security vulnerability called Reflected Cross-Site Scripting. This means that in all versions up to 1.0.16, the plugin doesn’t properly protect against malicious web scripts. This could allow someone who is not logged in to the website to trick a user into clicking on a special link that would then execute the malicious script.
