The Greenshift plugin for WordPress has a security issue known as Stored Cross-Site Scripting. This means that attackers who have contributor-level access or higher can inject harmful web scripts into pages, which will then run whenever a user opens that page. This vulnerability affects versions up to and including 10.8 of the plugin.
