Input validation vulnerability in Koko Analytics 1.3.12

The Koko Analytics plugin used in WordPress has a security issue called Reflected Cross-Site Scripting. This is because the URL is not properly protected by add_query_arg in all versions, up to and including 1.3.12. This can allow attackers without authorization to insert dangerous web scripts onto pages if they can deceive a user into doing something, like clicking on a link.
