The ultimate-form-builder-lite plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a type of attack called Reflected Cross-Site Scripting. This means that if a user clicks on a malicious link, web scripts can be injected into pages. This is possible because the plugin does not properly check input or escape output in versions up to and including 1.3.2.
