Access violation vulnerability in WooCommerce Warranty Requests 2.2.7

The WooCommerce Warranty Requests plugin for WordPress has a security vulnerability which allows unauthenticated attackers to perform unauthorized actions. This vulnerability exists in all versions of the plugin up to 2.2.7 and is caused by the missing capability check on a function.
