Access violation vulnerability in Debug Log Manager 2.3.1

The Debug Log Manager plugin for WordPress has a security issue that allows unauthorized changes to be made to data. This is because the plugin does not check for the appropriate permissions when using the toggle_debugging function in versions 2.3.1 and below. This means that attackers who are logged in with subscriber-level access or higher can enable debugging without proper authorization.
