Access violation vulnerability in AccessAlly 3.5.6

The AccessAlly WordPress plugin before version 3.5.7 had a problem that caused it to share sensitive information. Any public page with the [accessally_order_form] shortcode was leaking data that included environment variables. This happened without requiring anyone to log in or have an administrator role.
