Input validation vulnerability in Happy Addons for Elementor 3.8.2

The Happy Addons for Elementor plugin for WordPress has a security issue in versions 3.8.2 and earlier. This means that someone who is not authorized to make changes can change the optin and optout settings if they are able to get a site administrator to click on a link. This is because the handle_optin_optout() function was not designed to stop unauthorized people from making changes.
