. The MDTF – Meta Data and Taxonomies Filter plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a security issue. This issue affects versions up to, and including, 1.3.0.1. It allows someone with access to certain parts of the website to inject malicious scripts into pages, which will then be executed whenever someone visits those pages. This is known as Stored Cross-Site Scripting. To fix this issue, users should update the plugin to the latest version.
