Access violation vulnerability in Strong Testimonials 3.1.12

The Strong Testimonials plugin for WordPress has a security issue where unauthorized users can change data without permission. This is because the plugin does not properly check for capabilities on the wpmtst_save_view_sticky function in versions up to 3.1.12. This means that attackers who are logged in with contributor access or higher can change favorite views.
